Can I legally have sex with my boyfriend?

I am a 16 year old female, and my boyfriend is exactly 2 years older than me, making him 18. Legally speaking, are we allowed to have sex?

In the state of Alaska, the legal age of consent is 16 except under the following conditions it is 18. If an adult 18 or older is in a position of authority over the minor and is at least three years older, it is a criminal offense under Sec 11.41.438 and 439 "Sex Abuse of a Minor" in the third and fourth degree.
