I want to know what is the ages for statutory rape here in Tennessee? See my son turns 18 in February and he thinks he can run around with all these little 14 year olds I told him he couldn't caused that was consided jail bait. So needless to say we are in a heated disscussion. He said as long as there is no more than four years differance in their ages. So please help me before my son goes to jail. Thank you very much
