hi. i just turned 15 in february, and i'm dating a guy who is still 14. his birthday is in june. we don't pressure each other into having sex, but we both know its on our minds. is it legal for us to have sex if we both give our consent even though we're minors? if we were charged for having sex, then would both of us be charged? or would i be the one charged since i'm the oldest?
