Im in a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship. He is 16 and im 18 my family members are telling me that hes a mionr and im a legal adult and i can go to jail for just dating him, we are not having intercourse at this time but talked about it i really want to know if this is ok and if i would be sent to jail for dating him?????? help please
