I'm 15 and I'll turn 16 in a month and my boyfriend is 18 he'll b 19 in December. We were thinking about having sex on my birthday. I just wanted to make sure it was legal before we did anything. I know the age of consent in Georgia is 16 but I wanted to make sure he couldn't get in trouble because of our age difference. What are the limitations of having sex as a minor 16 and older? Is there a certain age rage I have to stay within until I'm 18? Also can my mother have him locked up after I turn 16 and if we have sex? Do I need her permission to date someone over 18? Or can I date anyone any age when I turn 16?
