healthcare provider reporting

A 16 year old is raped by a non family member (an ex-boyfriend who is also 16). She then reports to her OB/GYN for STD testing. Is the provider legally required to report the rape? Even if the patient expressed that she does not want to report the rape? This is in Oklahoma.
