i was once in the middle of some legal trouble... stupid vandalism when i was 18, 3 friends with myself male, 17 and 2 females, both 16. during the prosecution i had a no contact order with eveyone (involved in the case). afterwards i asked my attorney to have the order lifted. the judge made a comment during sentencing, but other than that i dont think they considerd it too big of a deal (considering i was already in the middle of a court case, i think if u dont already have other charges, not many will even think to pursue it) almost exact same age difference as this womans kid. 2 1/2 years 17 and 15 and i was gonna be 18 before she turned 16
