I am now 23, but when i was 17 my girlfriend was 15 and we were active. When i turned 18 her parents still had no problem with us being together. I ended up breaking up with her because she was younger then me and luckily her parens didnt even think of any legal action. I know many responses are direct legal answers but different judges consider different factors. One big one is if the minors parents approve. Of the relationship. I dont think many DAs would file a case over a one or two year difference when the minors parents approve. If they are under 13 then thats a different story. Hope this helped in some way!
