I had sex with a 17 yr old and I'm 14, also in Virginia. After reading this law I am a bit confused. Should my parents find out and try to go to the police, does this mean he would be charged with a class 4 misdemeanor? We are 2 years and some months apart, not three years or more.
Thanks.
