so...the 18 yr old guy sleeping with his soon to be 17 yr old girlfriend is getting the same punishment as the 60 yr old man who is taking advantage of the 14 yr old girl?... please...

this law is important... to an extent... girls do lie about their age, but, i think the law would be better served if it were to be that the adult were over 25 or 30.
