Differences in State laws

All states in the US have different laws pertaining to "Age of consent" and "Statutory rape" so you'd have to check the laws for the state where you reside; however, generally speaking, the average age for all US States and Federal Statutory rape laws is 16. Chances are, you're boyfriend may be facing some legal trouble, and most certainly child support issues if you are 14 and pregnant.
