is it rape when you are a girl of 19 years and a grown man of the age near his 40's had sex with you against your will after you said to him that you dont have sex with anybody outside a relasionship,and this man kissed you and started to touch you but you never said stop untill he started to take your pants off outside a building in the dark were there is nobody in sight and when he said dont worry it will be quick and you tried to push him away but he kept on having sex with you...what tipe of rape do you call that?
