If a child is over the age of 15 they know what they are doing. any younger then that it is wrong. We as paents and teacher adult are the ones who need to realize our kids are grow up fast these day andknow alot more then we did. if kids can drive at 16 i think they should be smarter to make the right chocie about sex and with who and what age. if u think about half of us that are married are 5 or more older then our other.
