I live in missouri and i guess they just changed the law. They said you can be 15 and consent to however old as long as your parents consent to it. I think that is fair. When I was 15 I was messing around with a guy who was 24. I thought I was very mature for my age and knew the consequences of what could happen. i.e. diseases and pregnancy. My grandpa did catch us together one night and called the police but they couldnt do anything because we both denied everything. There was a second call about 2 weeks later to the police regarding us and they still could not do anything because again we denied denied denied. When I was younger I really did like guys that were older than me because I thought all the guys my age were so immature. Now I am 19 and I am with a 20 year old. We have a 4 month old baby. I think when you are 15 you should be able to consent because more than likely you have already takin sex ed and you have already been taught everything.
