I wouldn't say the male is the victim in this case. If he consents, he's the one committing the crime, not having the crime committed upon him. Or if he is having it committed upon him, he's bringing it upon himself.

Just because I don't say he's a victim doesn't mean it has no negative effect... it most likely will affect him negatively. But if he's consenting, he's not the victim. He's the criminal.
