No, it is not illegal for you guys to date, but he should stay away from any form of sexual contact with you, until your of consensual age....I met my wife when I was 22, she was 13, we had a completely non-sexual relationship until she was of age, we have three children and have been married for 20 yrs. Wait.....We married a week after she graduated....
