If a male student under age 18 has consensual sex with a female school teacher, is he the "Victim" of a crime?
it says nothing of love, the situation is not explained, the question gives no details at all so how can you make an informed desion on who is the "victim". All it says is he consentuated to to sex but is he the one who initiated it or is she? We dont know, each and every situation is different and each and every situation you will have a new opinion. If they formed a mutual relationship then no i dont think age should matter. If she initiated the situation and he went along with it then yes she should be held responsible because as said before teenage boys take what is offered to them and as an older woman she should know that, in my opinion he would be the victim. If he initiated the situation and she acceppted then neither should be at fault because again as an older woman she should be able to restrain herself, and you cant be the victim if you initiate it. Every scenerio is different and there could be more than the three i just commented on. Things like statatory rape should not be considered opon by age or years between they should be considered on by each individual situation.
