A 24 yr old man buys alcohol for 15 yr old girls. One of the girls gets drunk and goes driving with him and they have consensual sex, then go back to the party where the girl later makes out, only touching no sexual intercourse with a 19 yr old boy. The girls all pass out while the of age guys go to the bar and drink, later coming back and waking up the 15 yr old girls to party. The 24 yr old follows another 15 yr old girl into the bathroom and they also have consensual sex. Now that the parents of the girls are pressing charges against the 24 yr old where does this leave the 19 yr old guy?
