Honestly, you have to make HIM understand, not punish her.
a good source of information is the book Boy Toy, which is almost the same situation.
If you press charges, you're son with hate you, and she will have NO future. It will be you're fault. Speak to HER parents. She may be 18, but she's still immature, and a child. The law wont change that.
