I have been dating my boyfriend for 5 months. i am 15 and he is 17 and we have had sex and i take birth control. his birthday is tomorrow and he says we can not have sex anymore. is there anything i can do or is it illegal mo matter what? Also, why would a doctor give you birth control if you are under 18 when it is illegal to have sex under 18. Both of our parents also know that we have sex and are ok with it.
