what can the age difference be like 4 yrs or 2yrs. and if your 17 and had sex with a 19 yr old is that statutory rape

If a person is 18 years of age or older and solicits a minor for the purpose of sexual gratification, this is a violation of state law and depending on the sitation could be classed as a Class E felony or a Class A misdemeanor.

§39-13-528 Solicitation of a minor - in this law there is no stipulation about age difference. If you are over 18 and solicit a minor under 18 it is a violation of the law.
