I'm just wondering what the laws are on a 18 year old female molesting my daughter two year old daughter.

Any sexual contact by the 18 year old would be sexual battery, gross sexual impostion, and unlawful sexual conduct. All three of these, in the state of Ohio would be considered third degree felonies. Also, if there was any vaginal insertion, eg. penetration with fingers, or any other body part etc, that person would also have committed rape, which is a first degree felony.
