My question is that well im turning 15 in august and the guy is all ready 18 but he just turned 18 in june is it a problem with us still going out? i dont think so and niether does my parents his parent thinks it is bad cause she says that he is a grown man now

As long as there is no sexual conduct between the 15 year old minor and the 18 year old adult; and, as long as the minor has permission from her parents to date the 18 year old, dating is completely legal.

If there is sexual conduct between a person 18 years of age and a minor 13,14 or 15 years of age, this is a criminal offense under Ohio statute 2907.04 Unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

The age of consent to have sexual relations in the state of Ohio is 16 years of age.
