Well I live in boston ma and im 16 and my boyfriend is about to turn 21 ! Is it okay if we have sex ?

Chapter 272: Section 4. Inducing person under eighteen to have sexual intercourse
Whoever induces any person under 18 years of age of chaste life to have unlawful sexual intercourse shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than three years or in a jail or house of correction for not more than two and one-half years or by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by both such fine and imprisonment.

im 16 turning 17 in 2 months. ive been dating this kid for a little over 3 moinths and hes 22. if we both are ok wiht the age situation and we are having sex, is it ok? my mom is not ok with it and wants to get him arrested. im trying to avoid getting into all that drama completly. can someone fill me in a little so there are no surprises?

This is confusing . 1st how old was she @the time of the sexual act .
Was the act in Louisiana or Massachusetts. There maybe a case . You might want to consult a Lawyer. IN MY OPINION , It seems bitter and unresolved feelings is what is primarily driving this question .
With that being said yes you may have a case . As far as the ex is concerned .. That would be a very hard thing to prove and what was the nature of it , she might of "set it up " feeling it would happen at some point anyhow and wanted to be aware of it .
I really feel you are not as much upset about the act ,as much as finding out at a later time and after the fact .
If you want a strong relationship with your daughter I would suggest simply talking to her .......

I am 16 yrs old, and my boyfriend turned 18 two weeks after I turned 16. We're dating, and arent having sex yet, but the way the law is written is confusing. So, is it legal for us to date or not???

I am a foster parent to my 16 year old daughter. She is currently involved sexually with an 18 year old male. I was wondering if this would be considered statutory rape and if I could get in trouble if i do no press charges?
