I'm sixteen and my boyfriend is twenty. Is sexual intercourse between us legal?

It depends. In New Mexico, it is illegal for a person to have sexual penetration (intercourse, oral sex, fingering, etc.) with a person between 13-16 years old if that person is more than 4 years older. So depending on when the birthdays are in your case, it may or may not be legal.
