My best friend, who's 14, has a 25 yr old boyfriend and i don't approve of it. She says she's seriously thinking of having sex. What would happen to them if they did and got caught doing it?

The 25 year old would be committing unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, which is a third degree felony. This is punishable with up to five years in prison.
